Player died on the pitch, yellow carded

Just read at The Vancouver Sun that a Croatian footballer Goran Tunjic had a heart attack and died on the pitch.

The freakish thing was that the reff thought Goran was diving and gave him a yellow card. The reff then realized that the incident was a serious one, but it was too late for Goran.
